🔄 Returns & Refunds Eligibility
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Refunds or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect

- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Please provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- You may receive a replacement or a refund, depending on the case
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during checkout
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side
🚫 Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect storage
- Change of mind after delivery
