🔄 Returns & Refunds Eligibility

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Refunds or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • Please provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • You may receive a replacement or a refund, depending on the case
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

💳 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during checkout
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect storage
  • Change of mind after delivery
