  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos or videos).
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Egypt. Payment is collected upon delivery.
  • Refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in restriction of future COD orders.
